By using the Human Intelligence Organizational Snapshot™, you acknowledge and accept the following boundaries.
Nature of the tool
The tool supports leadership reflection and organizational discussion. It is not a validated psychometric instrument and does not diagnose, audit, provide legal advice, or predict organizational, employee, psychological, or business outcomes.
Interpreting results
Results reflect one respondent's observations and available information at the time of completion. Scores, priorities, and 90-day actions should be checked against leadership dialogue, employee voice, and operating evidence and must not be the sole basis for employment or other high-impact decisions.
Intended users
The tool is intended for adult leaders with organization-wide visibility and is not directed to minors. Respondents should answer from genuine observation and must not submit third-party personal information they are not authorized to provide.
Intellectual property and permitted use
The site, 3H framework, items, interpretations, and report design are protected intellectual property. You may download and discuss your report internally, but may not copy the item bank, scrape content, resell reports, or publish the tool as your own assessment product.
Service changes
This pilot may change as research, validation, and technology develop. The service may be modified or suspended when necessary; material terms changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.
