How We Handle Your Information
This notice applies to the Human Intelligence Organizational Snapshot™. The personal information controller is Elise Zhu, acting as an individual. Privacy and data-rights requests may be sent to elisezhu@gmail.com.
Information we collect
To generate the report, we collect responses to 18 items, job title, industry, organization size, work email, and country or region. Name, organization name, and WeChat ID are optional. Hosting and security services may also process necessary technical data such as IP address, device, and access logs.
Purposes and optional contact
Required information is used only to generate, store, and provide the report and to maintain site security. We use email or WeChat for report-related follow-up only when you separately opt in. Declining follow-up does not prevent report generation.
Processing outside Mainland China
The site uses OpenAI's ChatGPT Sites hosting environment outside Mainland China and may rely on infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare. Your responses and professional information are processed and stored outside Mainland China. Separate consent is requested before submission.
Retention and anonymization
Reports and identifiable personal information are retained for no longer than 90 days. The report link then expires, and names, email addresses, organization names, WeChat IDs, report tokens, precise timestamps, and other linkable information are removed. Anonymized response and scoring data is retained for aggregate research and improvement of the tool and cannot be used to reconstruct or contact a respondent. Security logs and backups may be removed later according to necessary provider cycles.
Your rights
You may request access, a copy, correction, or deletion of your information and may withdraw optional follow-up consent. Email elisezhu@gmail.com with the minimum information needed to verify the report. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed.
Disclosure and security
We do not sell personal information or disclose identifiable individual responses to an employer or organizational client. Technical providers process information only as needed for hosting, database, reporting, and security services.
